The Winter Salon is a recurring juried group exhibition held at Nacka Konsthall, located in Dieselverkstaden in Sickla Köpkvarter. The opening reception takes place on November 30 at 1:00 PM, and the exhibition runs until January 26, 2025.
At the vernissage on November 30, Henrik ‘Eye N’I’ Blomqvist, also known as The Last Telegraphist, will provide a cosmic-inspired soundscape. The exhibition will be officially inaugurated by Monica Brohede Tellström, Chair of the Cultural Committee.
The Winter Salon at Nacka Konsthall has become a well-established annual tradition. This year, 280 artists from across Sweden submitted applications, presenting a total of 789 artworks. The jury selected 54 pieces, now showcased at Nacka Konsthall. Among them is my glass sculpture in opal glass, Playing the Electric Guitar, an entirely abstract work where colors and lines harmonize like a sweet melody.
